If your child does not attend one of these schools or if you have misplaced your form, please come directly to the CCH to obtain one. When registering for recreational activities, you must bring the completed registration form along with the sum equal to the number of activities registered for. Please note that we only accept cash payments. We would appreciate it if you could inform us of your child's absence from any of the registered activities during the session. Otherwise, for safety reasons, we will try to contact you to verify this absence.
